Joker.lv Review 2026: €5 Deposits, Daily Free Spins and Live Betting
Joker.lv is a licensed Latvian casino with Czech connections, a €5 minimum deposit and a sportsbook with live betting. I like its everyday promotions, but the 40x welcome bonus and 24-hour withdrawals keep it in the lower half of my ranking.

SIA Joker.lv and the Synot connection
Joker.lv is operated by SIA Joker.lv under Latvian licences E-08 and TI-19. Those are IAUI licences in the usual shorthand, with supervision now in the hands of the State Revenue Service (VID), which absorbed the IAUI in April 2026. The online casino has been running since 2015.
The company is related to SIA Joker Ltd, the business behind synottip.lv, and it is a long-term partner of the Czech Synot group. That gives Joker.lv a different lineage from the Nordic- and Entain-owned brands that dominate the top of my ranking. It is a smaller, more local-feeling operation, which has advantages, such as frequent everyday promotions, and drawbacks, mostly in the size of the welcome offer.
If you want a second scorecard, the Joker.lv casino review at latvijas-kazino.eu goes through the brand in detail with its own ratings.
€300 at 40x: the same turnover as Laimz’s €400
The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to €300 plus 60 free spins, with 40x wagering. Run the numbers on the full amount: €300 × 40 = €12,000 of turnover before the bonus turns into withdrawable cash. A €100 deposit gives €100 of bonus and €4,000 to play through; €50 gives €2,000. I am assuming the requirement applies to the bonus only; the terms specify whether it is bonus-only or deposit plus bonus, so read that line before depositing.
Here is the comparison that defines this offer. Laimz asks for exactly the same €12,000 of turnover, but for a €400 bonus at 30x. In other words, at Joker.lv you work just as hard for €100 less. That is why I do not rate the welcome bonus as a reason to sign up.
Forty times is the top end for Latvian-licensed offers, shared with Klondaika, LVBet and Spēlēt. It is not unusual, just expensive. Check the maximum bet and the game contribution rules as well; our guide to casino bonus terms explains what each clause does to your real chances of clearing it. Whether the €5 minimum deposit also qualifies for the welcome bonus is another point to confirm in the terms.
Bezriska griezieni, Joker VIP and the game library
Where Joker.lv does stand out is ongoing value. Its daily free spins promotion, called “bezriska griezieni” or risk-free spins, is a regular feature rather than a one-off welcome perk, and for a player who logs in often it can be worth more over a few months than the headline bonus. The specific games and conditions change, so check the promotions page for the current rules.
Regular players are also covered by the Joker VIP programme, which rewards ongoing play. I prefer this kind of structure to a giant welcome bonus with heavy wagering: it pays out gradually and does not tie your balance up in a single 40x target.
The game library is in line with the mid-sized licensed sites:
- 1,500+ slots
- 60+ table games
- 80+ live casino tables
- 30+ jackpot games
That is the same scale as X3000, 11.lv and Betsafe, behind Optibet and Tonybet. Few casual players will find it limiting.
sport.joker.lv: a sportsbook with in-play markets
Joker.lv runs its sportsbook on a separate address, sport.joker.lv, and it includes live betting. That puts it ahead of casino-only brands such as Laimz for anyone who likes to bet during a match, and it is the main reason to choose Joker.lv over its fellow €5-minimum rival.
I would not call it the deepest sportsbook in Latvia; Optibet, Tonybet and the Paf-owned pair of X3000 and 11.lv have bigger reputations on that side. But for a player who wants pre-match and in-play markets alongside slots and live tables, with a low entry point, it does the job.
There is also a practical upside to the combination. A player who deposits small amounts can split them between a few in-play bets and the daily free spins without chasing a big welcome target. For me that is the natural way to use Joker.lv: as a low-commitment account for regular, modest play rather than a place to go after one large bonus. Seen that way, the 40x welcome offer becomes almost optional, and the site’s real strengths come to the front.
Payments and phones: €5 in, up to 24 hours out
The minimum deposit is €5, the lowest among Latvian licensed casinos and matched only by Laimz. As a licensed operator, Joker.lv can use the payment routes Latvians already rely on: Trustly, bank link payments through Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor, Visa and Mastercard, and e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller. Our payment methods guide compares them.
Withdrawals are stated at under 24 hours. That is acceptable, but it is the slow end of the licensed market: X3000 states under four hours, Tonybet and Optibet under six, Laimz and 11.lv under eight. Fenikss, LVBet and Spēlēt sit in the same 24-hour bracket as Joker.lv. As everywhere, the first withdrawal requires identity verification, so complete it early.
On mobile, Joker.lv is not among the Latvian brands with a published iOS app, unlike X3000, 11.lv or Tonybet, so on a phone you use the mobile website for both casino and sport.
Joker.lv against Laimz, Fenikss and Optibet
The direct rival is Laimz, the other €5 casino. Laimz has the better bonus (€400 at 30x against €300 at 40x for the same turnover), faster stated payouts and bingo. Joker.lv has the sportsbook with live betting and the daily free spins. For pure casino play, Laimz; for casino plus in-play betting on a small budget, Joker.lv.
Against Fenikss and its halls network, it is closer. Fenikss offers €250 with 75 spins at 35x, the same 24-hour payout window, sports betting and the Club F loyalty scheme shared with its land-based halls. Fenikss suits players who also visit halls; Joker.lv suits those who stay online and want the lower deposit.
If sport is the main event, Optibet is the stronger all-round choice, with a €300 bonus at 35x and payouts under six hours.
Pros
- €5 minimum deposit
- Daily free spins promotion (bezriska griezieni)
- Sportsbook with live betting
- Joker VIP programme for regulars
- Latvian licence, online since 2015
Cons
- 40x wagering: €12,000 turnover on €300
- Withdrawals stated at up to 24 hours
- Smaller bonus than Laimz for the same turnover
My verdict
Joker.lv scores 8.4 out of 10 from me. It is a properly licensed Latvian operator with a useful combination of features: €5 deposits, a sportsbook with live betting, daily free spins and a VIP programme. For a low-stakes player who mixes slots with in-play bets, it is a perfectly sensible home.
What keeps it in the lower half of my ranking is the maths. A €300 bonus at 40x asks for the same €12,000 of turnover as Laimz’s €400 at 30x, and withdrawals stated at up to 24 hours are slow next to the Trustly leaders. Take Joker.lv for its everyday promotions and its betting, not for the welcome offer; if speed and bonus value come first, look at X3000, my top pick instead.
Joker.lv: 8.4 out of 10
