11.lv Review 2026: A Latvian Original With Paf Behind It and 11TV
11.lv is one of the oldest Latvian names in online gambling, and since 2023 it has belonged to Paf. In my view it is a dependable all-rounder with a decent bonus and a sportsbook, held back mainly by the fact that its own sister brand offers more.

From a 2011 Latvian start-up to the Paf portfolio
11.lv is run by SIA Viensviens, Latvian for “one-one”, which explains the name, under licences A-67 and TI-04. In local shorthand that is an IAUI licence; since April 2026 the IAUI has been merged into the State Revenue Service (VID), which now supervises licensed operators and keeps the register. Our explainer on Latvian casino licences covers what that change means in practice.
The brand has been around since 2011, which makes it one of the longer-serving local names online. In 2018 the Mr Green group bought a 75% stake. The business later became part of the William Hill/888 Latvian operation, and in 2023 that whole Latvian business was sold to Paf, the operator from Åland. Today 11.lv and X3000 are effectively siblings under one owner, and the 11.lv iOS app is published by Paf.
For me that history is a plus. A local brand with a recognisable name, owned by a regulated Nordic group, is about as safe a combination as the Latvian market offers. For a parallel take with its own scoring, see the 11.lv review on latvijas-kazino.eu.
€400 plus 100 spins, cleared at 35x
The welcome offer is a 100% match up to €400 plus 100 free spins, with 35x wagering. The full bonus therefore requires €14,000 of turnover. A €200 deposit gives €200 of bonus and €7,000 to wager; a €50 deposit gives €1,750. These figures treat the requirement as bonus-only. The terms state whether it is bonus-only or deposit plus bonus, and the second version doubles the work, so check that first.
Against the market, 35x is the norm: Tonybet, Optibet, OlyBet, X3000 and Fenikss all use the same multiplier. The comparison that stings is Laimz, which offers the same €400 cap at 30x, cutting the turnover to €12,000. That is a real €2,000 difference for an identical bonus amount.
Beyond the multiplier, the usual clauses apply: a maximum stake while the bonus is active and lower contribution from some game types, typically table and live games. Our bonus wagering guide explains how to weigh those terms. My own rule is simple: if you are not going to play through €7,000, do not deposit €200 just to unlock the full match.
3,000 games on the box, a sportsbook and 11TV
11.lv advertises more than 3,000 games. The category figures I work with are more conservative:
- 1,500+ slots
- 60+ table games
- 80+ live casino tables
- 30+ jackpot games
I treat the larger number as the operator’s own claim and the category totals as a safe floor. Either way, the library is wide enough for most players, even if Optibet and Tonybet list more slots.
The sportsbook is a full one, which puts 11.lv in the all-rounder group with X3000, Optibet and Tonybet rather than with casino-only brands like Laimz. For players who want one account for a football accumulator and an evening of slots, that matters more than a few hundred extra games.
The unusual extra is 11TV, the brand’s own video section. Nothing quite like it exists at other Latvian casinos, and it gives the site a media flavour that suits a brand that grew up locally. I would not choose a casino for its videos, but it is a genuine point of difference in a market where many sites look alike.
Payments and the eight-hour Trustly window
The minimum deposit is €10, standard for the licensed market. Deposits and withdrawals use the familiar local routes: Trustly, bank link payments with Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor, Visa and Mastercard, and e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller.
11.lv states Trustly withdrawals in under eight hours. That is solid, level with Laimz and OlyBet, though its own sibling X3000 states under four hours and Tonybet and Optibet under six. It is comfortably quicker than the 24-hour figures given by Joker.lv, Fenikss and Spēlēt.
As with every licensed operator, the first withdrawal triggers identity verification, and that is where any delay usually comes from. Uploading documents straight after registering is the simplest way to keep the eight-hour figure meaningful. Our guide to fast withdrawals ranks the stated payout speeds across Latvia.
The Paf-published iOS app
11.lv has an iOS app, listed in the App Store under Paf as publisher, the same arrangement as X3000. If you search for it and see the Paf name, that is the genuine article. Players who would rather not install anything can use the mobile website.
The app counts for more here than at a casino-only brand. With a sportsbook in the mix, quick access to live markets and bet slips on a phone is part of the product, and 11.lv covers that properly. Laimz, Klondaika and Spēlēt have no iOS app to offer, so 11.lv is among the better-equipped licensed sites on mobile.
11.lv, X3000 or OlyBet: picking between near neighbours
The awkward truth for 11.lv is X3000, its sister brand. Same owner, same licence regime, but X3000 offers €500 with 200 spins against €400 with 100, states payouts in under four hours rather than eight, and adds bingo. What 11.lv has in return is 11TV, a longer local history and a larger claimed game count. On paper, X3000 is the stronger choice.
Against the OlyBet review, 11.lv comes out slightly ahead. OlyBet offers €350 with 100 spins at the same 35x and the same eight-hour Trustly window, plus poker and a land-based sister company. 11.lv’s extra €50 of bonus ceiling is small, but it is the better offer.
If you do not bet on sport, I would also look at Laimz: the same €400 bonus at 30x and a €5 minimum deposit, though no sportsbook and no app. In short, 11.lv suits players who want a familiar Latvian name with casino and sport in one place, and who value that brand history more than squeezing out the last euro of bonus value.
Pros
- Latvian brand since 2011, now owned by Paf
- €400 bonus plus 100 free spins
- Full sportsbook alongside the casino
- iOS app and the unique 11TV section
- Trustly withdrawals stated under 8 hours
Cons
- 35x on €400 means €14,000 of turnover
- Sister site X3000 beats it on bonus and payout speed
- No poker or bingo
My verdict
I score 11.lv at 9.2 out of 10, level with Laimz and a step behind X3000 and Optibet. It does the essentials well: a reputable Latvian licence, Paf ownership, a €400 bonus at the market-standard 35x, a proper sportsbook, an iOS app and payouts inside eight hours. 11TV is a pleasant extra that no rival copies.
The problem is not 11.lv itself but its neighbour. If you are choosing a Paf-owned site for casino and sport, X3000 gives you more bonus, faster withdrawals and bingo. I would recommend 11.lv to players who already know and trust the brand, or who want a second licensed account alongside X3000; as a first choice, it is very good rather than the best.
11.lv: 9.2 out of 10
